Issue 27: power-off button too slow, takes 3-10 seconds should be <1 second

pressing the power-off button should turn off the device in < 1 
second

tested with 20100113 image

before 2010-09-17, we using fnkeys (very simple probram) to handle 
the KEY_POWER.
when power key pressed, it will immediate run "halt".

after 2010-09-17. we start to using a new program, name 
'tiggerhappy'
  https://github.com/wertarbyte/triggerhappy and it will immediate 
run 'poweroff'
