Issue 7: ifconfig - usb0: Ethernet HWaddr changes every time you reboot /turn off NN

repro steps:

1. Turn on the flashed device by pressing the power button.
2. Press <Enter> to activate console.
3. Type "reset" & <Enter> to clear screen.
4. Type "ifconfig" & <Enter>.
5. Remember usb0 Link encap:Ethernet HWaddr. 
6. Type "halt" or "reboot" & <Enter>.
7. Repeat steps 1-4.
8. See a new usb0: Ethernet HWaddr.

we use the dynamic usb0 mac address.

only when we reflash the nanonote.  we need edit the .ssh/know_hosts.

the usb0 Ethernet HWaddr can set by kernel command line:
 g_ether.dev_addr=5a:77:1e:af:8e:9e
 g_ether.host_addr=72:8d:1f:c4:e8:ca
