Message:atben/atben.sch, atusb/atrf.sch: correct and clarify ESR of X1 (reported by Wolfgang Spraul)

The maximum ESR is 100 Ohm, not 80 Ohm. Also changes "=" to "<=" to
make it clear that this is a maximum value.
