When making through hole pins, fped should mirror the pad to all 
copper layers rather than just the top and the bottom.

Otherwise, the traces won't connect to the pins on boards with more 
than 2 layers.

The components in the default kicad libraries appear to have the pin 
applied to all layers so this should be ok for fped. 

This was a pretty easy fix. Patch attached.
